Initially impressed at the selection and prices, that all went out the window when I got my order. One pair of pants had been labeled my size on the app, but when I got them, they weren't even close to my size! Despite this being their mistake, I still had to pay the restocking fee and the options to return are atrocious. I opted for the site credit figuring I could find something else, but now can't even get close to just spending the credit amount.

It's okay. I've personally never had to deal with return fees. However, my biggest complaints are that sometimes these are overpriced or not accurately priced for the item they're selling. The other thing is I sometimes see that they will intentionally take pictures to hide flaws in the items. Particularly shoes. So for example, they'll take pictures of the left shoe singularly from the side and them both shoes together facing the front. And all the while, the right shoe has issues with it.

All of the items on our site are on consignment and sellers do have the ability to adjust prices as they see fit, within a certain percentage of the estimated retail price of course. Be sure to check out our sale section and stay tuned for sales. You also have the option to filter by price to stay within the budget you're aiming for!

App is now really buggy. it's slow, crashes regularly, and features just don't work. the descriptions and measurements generated by their ai are not consistent and often straight up wrong. the favorite section will be empty when you try to filter for available, and the search results just don't make sense sometimes. not sure what they've done in the last year or so, but the app is bad now.
